A: CANCELLATION POLICY:

FULL REFUND: If canceled within 90 days of your reservation.

PARTIAL REFUND: If canceled between 30 and 60 days of your reservation, we will return *50% of your rental payment.

NO REFUND: If canceled within 30 days of your reservation.
*If we can re-rent the property for the same period at the same rent, we will provide a full refund less a 20% administrative fee.

A: SEASIDE 52 is located in Narragansett Rhode Island, only a 4-minute walk to Narragansett Beach.
A: SEASIDE 52 can be viewed online through our website. If you’d like to visit SEASIDE 52 in person, please contact our rental office to schedule a tour. We can schedule tour within 48 hours' notice.
A: To secure a reservation, we require a payment of 50% of the total rental amount, which includes cleaning fee and taxes. This must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance, along with administrative fees, tax, cleaning fees, additional security deposits, and pet fees (where applicable), is due 90 days before arrival. For reservations made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

A: No, by booking direct with Seaside 52, there are no administrative or booking fees. However, our payment services provider (Stripe) charges a transaction fee to process a credit or debit card payment.
A: Yes!
A: The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cookware, including pots and pans, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, and silverware. We recommend bringing beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs.
A: No, beach passes are not included. However, state beaches do not require a pass for entry. If you plan to drive to the beach, parking fees apply.
A: Narragansett beach is only a short 4-minute walk from home. There’s also Scarborough State Beach and Roger Wheeler State Beach – only a short drive away.
A: SEASIDE 52 is our only property but we plan on expanding soon to more locations in Narragansett – stay tuned!
